What You’ll Do
- Plan, manage, and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X).
- Create engaging, brand-aligned content calendars and manage posting schedules.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Manage community engagement — responding to comments, messages, and brand interactions.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
- Research current social trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates.
- Support paid campaigns with targeting insights and creative collaboration.
- Present monthly performance reports with actionable improvement recommendations.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of professional experience as a Social Media Specialist or Social Media Manager (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, engagement tactics, and content trends.
- Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (creative caption writing a plus).
- Experience coordinating content production with design teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment and manage multiple accounts.
- Bonus: Experience with influencer collaboration, paid ads, or short-form video editing.
