What You’ll Do

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive, high-performance websites and web applications.
  • Work across both front-end (React, Next.js, HTML/CSS, Tailwind) and back-end (Node.js, Express, PHP/Laravel, or Python/Django) frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and project managers to transform design concepts into functional digital products.
  • Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services to enhance functionality and performance.
  • Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, and version control (Git).
  • Optimize websites for SEO, accessibility, and speed performance.
  • Troubleshoot bugs and maintain ongoing website updates for partner agencies.
  • Contribute to team code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Full-Stack Web Developer (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind.
  • Experience with one or more backend frameworks: Node.js, Express, PHP/Laravel, or Python/Django.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow is a plus.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD, and modern development workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to clean, scalable code.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, or DigitalOcean).
